Denver space company makes fifth acquisition as it eyes IPO

A Denver company formed to consolidate space startups and small businesses is acquiring a California business developing missile defense and software technologies for the U.S. military and defense contractors.

Voyager Space Holdings has acquired Valley Tech Systems, based in Folsom, California, in a deal that becomes Voyager’s fifth acquisition in the past two years.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
